“Ki” is breath, energy, the life force.

“Do” means the way.


Thus,WaKi-Do is:
“The Way of Harmonious Energy (Life)”

No experience is necessary to gain the benefits of this system based upon ancient oriental health principles. Though derived from martial arts practices, WaKi-Do
is not a martial arts. It is concerned with health and harmony.
Thru the use of slow, gentle exercises similar to Qi-Gung the program focuses upon:
Proper Breathing
Meditation
Flexibility
Strength
Balance

It is suitable for young and old practitioners alike
